At The Barber Establishment Academy, we believe barbering is more than cutting hair, it’s a craft, a profession, and an opportunity to build a rewarding career. After years of experience in the industry, we’re proud to introduce our 8-Week Barber Academy, designed to educate, mentor, and inspire the next generation of barbers.
This intensive, hands-on program has been carefully developed for individuals who are passionate about learning the trade, whether you’re starting from the beginning or looking to develop a new skill. Throughout the course, you’ll gain practical experience in haircutting techniques, fades, clipper and scissor work, styling, client consultation, hygiene and sanitation, workstation setup, and the professionalism required to succeed in today’s barbering industry.
To support your learning journey, students will also work extensively with professional barber mannequins, allowing them to practise techniques repeatedly in a pressure-free environment. This hands-on training helps build confidence, improve precision, and develop the muscle memory needed before working on live clients.
Our goal is to provide every student with the knowledge, confidence, and practical experience needed to step behind the chair and begin their barbering journey with confidence and professionalism.
Course Details
• Duration: 8 Weeks
• Limited Intake: Maximum of 8 Students
• Fee:Course Fee: $3,500 (includes a professional barbering kit)
A $1,000 deposit is required to secure your enrolment. The remaining balance can be paid through weekly instalments of $312.50, making the course more accessible and flexible.
To ensure the highest quality learning experience, each intake is limited to only 8 students. This allows for personalised mentoring, one-on-one guidance, and the opportunity to refine your skills in a focused learning environment.
Once all 8 positions have been secured, enrolments will close and reopen every two months for the next intake.

Hi, I'm Mert, founder of The Barber Establishment Academy.
I've been a professional barber for over 9 years, and barbering has always been more than just a job to me, it's my passion. From the day I picked up my first pair of clippers, I knew this was the career I wanted to build. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to refine my skills, work with a diverse range of clients, and develop techniques that have shaped me into the barber I am today.
One of the biggest reasons I started this academy is because I genuinely enjoy teaching and mentoring others. I want to share the knowledge, techniques, and experience I've gained throughout my career to help aspiring barbers build a successful future in this industry.
For me, barbering isn't just about giving someone a haircut, it's about building confidence, creating connections with clients, expressing creativity, and taking pride in your craft. It's a career that can open doors to endless opportunities if you're willing to put in the time, dedication, and passion.
Throughout this 8-week academy, I'll be working alongside you every step of the way, teaching you everything from the fundamentals of haircutting and styling to professional barbering techniques, client communication, hygiene practices, and the day-to-day skills needed to work confidently behind the chair. My goal is to create a supportive learning environment where you can ask questions, practise your skills, build confidence, and grow into the best barber you can be.
